This printer worked fine for a couple of years then started multiple sheet feeding. I was told by HP there was a defect but I had to pay for the parts and shipping. Was told that HP tech support would advise on installation. HP would NOT advise on instal

Reliable printer. we use it in an office and it prints aobut 200-300 pages per day. We had a multi feed problem, but HP has a free fix that worked. We plan to order several more to put in other offices.

We bought this for small business, and was happy at first. But a few months later, this newish smell printer got jammed every time if we stock more than 1 page of papger in trash. So when we have to print, we have to stand and feed 1 page by 1 page. Final
